Privacy Policy

Heirloom may collect certain non-personally identifiable information when you visit many of our web pages such as the type of browser you are using (e.g., Firefox, Internet Explorer), the type of operating system you are using, (e.g., Windows 10 or Mac OS) and the domain name of your Internet service provider (Comcast, A.T.&T., Time Warner, etc.).

Heirloom respects the privacy of its Internet users and commits to the protection that privacy to the full extent we are able. Heirloom attests that we do not collect information that personally identifies individuals except when individuals provide such specific information on a voluntary basis; in the event, for example, where specific personal information is requested before an individual can enter a particular section of the Heirloom site.

In all such cases, Heirloom will collect only information that is voluntarily provided by the user and undertakes that such information will be kept strictly confidential. Further, Heirloom warrants that such personal information voluntarily provided to us will not be sold or made available to a third party without consent of the user.

Heirloom does reserve the right, however, to perform statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics, in order to measure interest in and use of the various sections of its sites in order to improve design and navigation and/or gather marketing information for our internal use. Only aggregated data from these analyses, not individual data, will be used for these purposes.

As well, users should be aware that Heirloom, through the operation of what are called cookies, might automatically collect certain non-personal information and data. "Cookies" are small text files that identify an individual computer's browser entering a web site which allow the site to track that browser's movement through the site over several sessions.
